THE LIONHOUSE A FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE PLAYER HOME FOR FALLOUT 4: Introduction:The Lionhouse is a major mansion-like player-home nestled on the docks of the Charleston4 Floors, Fully Customizable, Player Workshop settlement. Make it home, Make it yours.-Description:The Northward Team brings you The Lionhouse, a modular player-home retreat, located dockside, along the Charleston river. ***********************************************************************************************************-Getting the House:If you are a lockpick expert you can easily pick the lock and BAM the house is yours. However of you are more of a Idiot Savant the key is located on Toby, the previous resident. He is in a boat that has run-aground just West of the USS Constitution (Image below)***********************************************************************************************************-Origin of the mod As a member of the Team was wandering in the area, they suggested turning an old corner-house into a fully functioning player retreat, and thus the mod was born. The previous inhabitant of the residence, Toby was a squatting, chem addict who had "Borrowed" Chems from the wrong crowd, so don't feel bad, he wont be needing it anymore. The House was nearly ransacked and thus has a few accommodations, but lacks on supplies, meaning you may need to do a few salvage runs to get the workshop into working order. *** The NavMesh may be a bit iffy in some areas, companions, and friends are welcome, but might seem a little out of place, or confused *** *********************************************************************************************************** Installation:Unpack and place the .esp file in your Fallout 4 Data folder: Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout4\Data*The (x86) may vary depending on your system* Or use your preferred Mod organizer *If you somehow run into problems using your mod organizer, I recommend trying manual installation************************************************************************************************************Compatibility:This mod was designed for Vanilla Fallout 4, it should work with other mods, and DLCs, however I am unsure about other mods that edit workshop assets and code, our team cannot fully bug-test every mod, so if you find an incompatibility let us know in the forums.*There are no guarantees that this mod will be 100% compatible with your mod configuration.**********************************************************************************************************Other mods by our team :THE AZURE TREE FOR SKYRIM AND SKYRIM SE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24821Fallout 4 Winchester Valley Development thread:https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/8145428-concept-development-winchester-valley/ Enjoy the Apocalypse!
