Vanishing UI

Pretty sure this is mod related but no idea which one. While in game the UI will sometimes disappear. Game is still running, my Sim will still roam around doing his own thing. But no contextual menus will pop up, there is no hud anymore and I can't quit the game with out doing a CTRL, ALT, DEL

 

Going into build mode will almost guarantee this happens.

 

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

 

Right now I have to reload the game every time and lose all my progress.

UICheats maybe?

 

There is a new version out for the latest EA patch if you have updated your game.

I think I got them all. But I'll check that one again. I wish there was a mod manager for this stuff like Nexus has. Thanks
