Well I use UFO but AFT or EFF should also give you the ability to assign followers to a specific home. Seeing as you have the Dungeon I assume you also have Milk Mod Economy. Just take a follower to the dungeon and assign it as their new home and then have them use one of the milk pumps. You now have a "cow" living in the dungeon. Easy Peasy !
