can someone pls tell me what to do? I've been playing with mods all day and sudenly it came up.

Something to do with a Diploma, probably a University game bug from EA.

 

Best I can tell, and I see you've got all the big mods up to date so...

 

For now I wouldn't worry about it unless you start getting spammed with LE's.
