Legality of mods depicting rape UK

I live in the UK and I’m wanting to try out some of the Fallout 4 mods such as Defeat

ams bad ending but I’m terrified that it is illegal to download. Sorry if this is a stupid question but can anyone help me.

i tried to google doesn't appear to be. if in doubt ask a cop. i use it for immersion a consequence for a poor battle plan ... only a fool lets themselves get surrounded

I am not a lawyer, but as far as I know only lawyers (or adequate jobs, depending on your country) are allowed to give legal advice.

 

I don't know about the situation in the UK, but in my country there's open days at court houses where they offer affordable legal advice. (affordable = the equivalent of 10 US$) If I were really worried about the topic I'd go to one of those open days and ask them something pretty harmless along the lines of: "Is it legal to play a computer game that depicts rape or can I get in trouble for it?" Again, this is not legal advice but simply what I would do.
