Shadow Blur not working on SE ?

Hi, I know there are lot of topics like this , but nothing helped me. I have problem with this grainy looking shadows which cant be blurred somehow. I tried to use different shadow sizes, distances, bias and also added line under display in skyrim. prefs : iBlurDeferredShadowMask=5  ....not a slightest change. I use bethini on Skyrim SE and made it Ultra...nope nothing. When the software rewrote my skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini it did not even contain blurdeferredshadowmask line. Is it some unsolvable problem for Special Edition which encounter everyone or am I just missing something ?

Well for starters you are missing the SE support section. This is Legendary Edition.
