Skins not aligned on characters

Sorry, I am new to this so some of my terminology might be incorrect. I followed an3k's guide to install everything,

Installed Fusion Girl / BodyTalk V2. And a lot of other recommended mods from their guide.

However it seems like all the skins are not lining up properly to the body, and not sure what I did wrong. Any pointers welcome.

This is not really an AAF issue.

You have a mismatch between the body being used and the texture.
