Tending the Flames question

I completed the quest Tending the Flames.

 

I need to talk to Pantea Ateia for another quest from the Dibella Sisterhood Mod.

 

Before the festival, I was able to talk to her and get a dialogue box.  She wouldn't help me because I was not a member of the Bard's College.

 

After it was complete, I could not get the dialogue boxes.

 

All she says is "Congratulations on getting the festival restored."  No dialogue box comes up.

 

I waited about 2 days in game time and still the same thing. 

 

I left Solitude, waited a day, then came back and got the same result.

 

Most everyone else from the college was outside by the festival as well after I came back.

 

Do I need to wait longer?

 

Is there something else I can do?

 

Is it a problem with the Mod?

It looks like it didn't trigger

 

You can reload earlier save and try again but thats bollocks so just advance the stage with the console

 

You can get the quest ID using the sqt command then getstage command will tell you the stage

Don't know about the other mod, but this is just an issue with the bard quest not progressing right?

Tending the flames quest was completed and moved to my completed section in the MCM.

 

I am trying to complete A Sybil's Journey.  I need to talk to Pantea Ateia,, but I am can;t open a dialogue box.

 

Here and all the other NPCs that were associated with the quest are standing around.  Some of them I can talk to.

 

Should I find a previous save and start the quest over again, or should I just go to where the last stage was and complete through the Console?

 

Would that fix the other members of the Bard's College in case I need them down the line?
