I've tried COC'ing my way in, as well as entering Apocrypha via another mod (Beyond Reach, which also includes an Apocrypha dimension), with the same result. I'm still trying to find out why so I can put it back in my load order... Edit: I found the problem. It's a bad Lurker HDT skeleton. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19868/?tab=description fixed it for me.
