Wicked Whims 10/18/19 Update Not Showing Up in Game

I've been experiencing this problem since the new update. Before installing the new Whims update, I had restarted my game entirely. Deleted old CC and mods and put new ones in. Now since I have put the Oct 18th update in my game, Whims haven't been showing up at all. I have my script mods on and such, made sure there are only two Turbo files and yet still nothing. HELP?????

Try deleting localthumbcache.pkg file in the sims 4 folder and restart the game....you should do this each time you add or remove or update mods and when the game itself updates..
