NPC animation options

Until recently I was able to click on two sims that I wasnt controlling having autonomy sex and select their animations and outfits.

 

But now there's only the option to watch sex or use Stop that!, as well as settings.

 

I know it's because I'm not controlling those sims, but I vastly preferred to be able to manipulate autonomy npc-npc sex, which I can't currently.

Anyone know how to fix this?
