CTD on coming close to whiterun + save games take 1 minutue or more

Like stated in the title, I get a CTD on coming close to Whiterun. I think its a missing mesh or texture, because the first time I encountered it I figured it was because of a mod I removed trying to shorten the time it takes for the game to be saved so I stared a new game just to CTD on coming close to Whiterun. I have my papyrus log attached.

Your Papyrus log is full of references to mods you have removed. Open Cities Skyrim is one of them and could well account for your problems with that city.
