Last exception error

I have updated the sims4 and everything else. I removed all files and then added some back in and have run game fix etc. I still keep getting this last exception. none of the wicked whims actions will not play from the pie menu at all. if selected from the pie menu...they end up disappearing from the menu altogether and then reappear, but are still not accessible.
