Problem with Belly Scaling in Estrus Charus Plus

I am running my Skyrim with a few of mods which cause belly scaling via different kinds of pseudo-pregnancy. Fill Her up, and both Estrus Chaurus and Estrus Spider. All managed through the Sexlab Inflation Framework.

 

However, I've run into a bit of a snag with the Estrus mods. When the character is infested with eggs, they're supposed to receive body-morph changes to their boobs, butt and belly. In my game, the breast and butt expansion are working just fine. However, the belly does not inflate at all. Note that belly scaling works just fine with other mods. Fill Her Up is working perfectly, and I think Milk Mod Economy and Sexlab Survival also use the belly node at various times.

 

I think the problem may be related to Fill Her Up. After any kind of sex, that mod causes belly inflation for a period of time, and then deflation when the cum is pushed out via an animation. It may be that the inflation from Fill Her Up is somehow overriding the inflation that is supposed to be caused by EC+... but that's exactly the kind of thing that SLIF is supposed to prevent! T-T

 

Has anyone experienced this before? Or is anyone really familiar with these mods, and has an idea of what might resolve the problem?

Edit: I should add that in a previous playthrough, the belly scaling was working properly with Estrus Chaurus. I'm not sure what may have changed since then.

 

Edit 2: I should also add that I am playing SSE. I put this topic in the Oldrim forum by accident. x.x

 

Edit 3: I managed to confirm that the problem has nothing to do with FHU. I guess there's an inherent problem with belly scaling in EC+ when you're using a CBBE body... but for the life of me, I can't figure out why, if that's the case, it was working on my last playthrough. x.x

CBBE and UUNP are just "base" polygon shapes. What inflation systems do is alter skeleton morphs, so if it bugs on CBBE it would also bug on UUNP the same. And what alters morphs is scripts of various mods, by using NiOverride API ... and any technical discussion about that is beyond my knowledge.

 

In short the likely answer is mod conflict, some script mod doing the belly scaling in a way that other mods don't support. When i tried using "Being a cow" for example i started seeing inflation effects go almost completely out of control. Negative values to large positive and so on, that kind of save is almost irreversibly broken.

 

And since you mentioned SSE, nioverride wasn't even a thing in the first days of mod conversions. If any mod did that scaling forcefully... you would get something unexpected.

After I spent some time looking through support thread for EC+, I found a bunch of posts saying that the scaling method that mod uses is different from the bodymorph scaling used by most other mods that cause inflation.  I honestly don't understand what most of it means, but I guess the long and short of it is that EC+ won't allow belly scaling with CBBE until the mod's author updates it. x.x

Those alter skeleton only, and it has nothing to with CBBE. EC+ has to be able to morph all existing and still non-existing body mods, as long as they use XPMSE compatible skeleton. If you installed Racemenu you should have Nioverride SKSE plugin too.

 

XPMSE also comes with installer i think, you need to select options that support HDT and morphs.

Like I said, I don't have a firm understanding of this stuff. x3 But I do have all of that installed already, and I'm getting pregnancy-scaling with other mods (Like FHU).
