DDX manual file install in the game files per header

My game crashes every three minutes. I do not remember where to manually copy the DDX files into the game files. It does not download from Mega, after three to seven hours the file is always corrupted. I have an old version of DDX from another game file that actually worked. except it does not install ever through Nexus or Vortex. So I think it is crashing because I do not have DDX installed in the game. Where do I put the files for DDX per header? Per header is probably incorrect, I remeber I had to find the corrct place based upon file type in the game files where DDI and the other files for mods are. DDX will not install automatically or through the manual download through Nexus NMM or Vortex. I forgote each place I need to put the files (taken apart) from DDX in the areas to make it run. 

 

One other problem; I downloaded and installed Crashfix. It says to change the Data/SKSE/SKSE.ini except there is NO ini file there, only plugins. How can I do DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768 if the SKSE.ini does not exist?

SKSE doesn't come with a skse.ini.

You have to create one yourself or just download it from here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038
