system keeps crashing

were do i begin, started with the game lagging which I thought i'd fixed by cleaning the cache and dropping it to 32 bit, even ran the search program from wicked whims to find any broken/outdated mods.  (removed a broken mod) also installed a simulation lag fix mod (from Mod the Sims) , worked find until I went into build mode put a few improvement down and the program stopped for a couple of seconds before crashing.

I've removed the simulation lag fix mod (thinking it was the problem) but still crashes. so I've attached the last crash report ( it's not a Last exception) so could anyone have a look and figure out what the problem is.

I'd appreciate it.

Download the Mod Conflict Detector from MTS along with the language pack.

 

It may help you find the bad mods since we don't know what mods you have or if they're all up to date with latest game patch.

(all wicked whims mods are 2018-2019)

have conflict detector - it shows all wicked whims mods as conflicting. as couple are even the wrong type (whatever that means)

did remove the simulation lag fix mod it is seems to be working now. I will have to go through everything and remove and broken / bad CC.
