Bizarre issue with cubemap reflection on custom weapon

Hey guys!

 

I've recently been working on some weapons and have encountered a strange issue. When I view the weapon in NifSkope, it looks fine. However in game, the reflection has a weird pixelization effect.

 

As you can see here, the reflection has these odd pixels all over it.

When zoomed in, it looks relatively normal.

I'm not sure how to fix this. I've editted my metal map, coped NIFSkope settings from other weapon mods, and more. I'm at a loss now. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I have re-exported the textures with mipmaps in both GIMP and Paint.NET :/ Every texture has the correct mipmaps as far as I understand.
