"male" chest and bulge for "female" sims

Hey, still looking for flat/men's chest cc that can be applied like a shirt + bottoms for femme framed sims. I'm genderfluid and want a few sims that have boobs one day and none the next (same with dicks but I've got that covered, aside for bulges.) I know Reitanna used to have exactly what I was looking for but I can't seem to get it to work (or even find it in cas). Anyone know someone with a similar mod or someone planning to make a mod like it? 

also i have binder mods but it'd be nice to have a nude top too (surgical scars or not, just lookin for flat pecs) I literally want a scaled/tweaked chest from the adult/young adult/elderly male sim frame for the female sim frame.

Also sorry for the transphobic wording, hard to describe it in other terms. ?

If you want flat chested female sims, you can use this slider:

As for the female bulge slider, some one with the know-how could try enabling this one for female use as well as male:

oh, excellent!! this is some real progress. I have the flat chest mod, it's really good, but the bulge one is new to me and i'm super stoked to use it, thank you!! here's hoping a modder who knows how to mess with this kind of thing finds this thread
