Body-changing mods for Fusion Girl / BodyTalk: Are they possible?

Back when CBBE was the only choice, skin overrides like these were made possible.

 

 

 

 

There don't seem to be many mods like this one. In fact, this was the only skin override mod I could find on Nexus. The other one is here on LoversLab.

 

 

Cut to the chase. I'm making this thread because Fusion Girl and BodyTalk are now becoming the new trend, but very few skin overrides for them exist. If anyone can find a way to port this over to the two body types~~that'd be pretty wicked.

Sorry to butt in here ( didn't want a thread started exclusively for this), but are there any good texture mods exclusively for BT2? Or it uses the same for EVB/vanilla bodies?
