buttmoan69 Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 Hello everyone, I've recently downloaded the Clams of Skyrim mod, along with the Clams of Skyrim Bodyslide mod for the Bijin packs. Everything works fine, except for one thing. The interior vaginal texture is not included for the Bijin characters. I've tried to use TexBlend, but whenever I insert the body texture along with the interior vagina texture, the destination picture comes out with only the vagina texture. I love the Bijin characters and would be extremely pleased to know how to add the interior texture, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's the link to the mod that altered the Bijin NPCs -
AWP3RATOR Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 @buttmoan69 It depends on which body textures you are using for your Bijin characters. Using Bijin Warmaidens as an example.... the mod includes body textures from several different authors. Most of the NPCs use the same body textures, however some (Jordis and Adelasia) use their own. So for this mod, you'd be altering 3 sets of textures. You could replace the Bijin textures with already compatible textures linked in the Clams of Skyrim page - this is easier, but alters how the Bijin npcs appear in game. This is the approach I usually take. If you want to keep the original Bijin textures and alter them to add the nuaghty bits, you will need to use a photo editing software like PhotoShop(paid), GIMP(free), paint.net(free), etc. Software that is capable of working with .dds files and has layers. If using PhotoShop or GIMP, an additional plugin will be required to work with .dds files. Neither software can process .dds files "out of the box". Paint.net can work with .dds, but it has less features. The process is identical, though the steps may differ slightly, depending on the software. First you will need the vagina textures. There are several examples in the Clams of Skyrim page - download any of those patches - they all include vagina textures. Next, you'll need to isolate only the vagina from the rest of the texture. How you do this is up to you (there are many ways to do it) - I tend to prefer the polygonal lasso select tool in PhotoShop. Using the lasso, click around the perimeter vagina texture so that it is selected, then invert the selection and delete the rest of the texture. When complete, you should have only the vagina texture and the rest should now be showing a transparency indicator (generally a checkerboard). Now you can incorporate the vagina into the Bijin texture. Open the Bijin texture and inspect the file's properties. You are looking for the cavnas size to determine if the Bijin texture is 2k, 4k, or 8k, etc. Now do this same inspection for the vagina. If they match - you can copy/paste the vagina texture into the Bijin texture. If they do not match, you will need to resize one of them. Generally speaking with resizing, it's better to go down than up - so if the vagina is 4k, but the body is only 2k - then resize the vagina down to 2k. Once you have pasted the vagina into the body texture - you will need to flatten the image (remove the layers). Merge Down or Flatten are generally universal commands in most software. When done, you should only have a single layer. Note most software will treat a multi-layer dds as separate images and end up only saving the top layer - which sounds like what may have been your issue. Once you have a single layer, you're ready to save. You'll want to do this same process for all three types of textures: femalebody_1.dds (diffuse) femalebody_1_msn.dds (normal) and femalebody_1_s.dds (gloss)
buttmoan69 Posted October 20, 2019 Author Posted October 20, 2019 Alright, great. I've got the directions down, and I'm about ready to get started, but I just need to know one thing. Where would I put the vagina texture on the body map?

In the same place it exists from the source: just left of center at the bottom of the image. It should be noted that the mesh will be looking for texture data in this exact location - it cannot be moved. This is an example of the Leyenda skin texture (which I am presently using)
