Group rape with SL Defeat

I use the latest version of SL Defeat with DA. I recently started playing skyrim and now I have five followers with me (6 women in total). And I wondered if it can work even if I have several followers with me and tested it. I tried multiple times and only one time kinda succeeded only when I surrendered myself, otherwise followers endlessly keep fighting or aggressors don't approach  any of us after all of us are bleeding out. Are there any good or recommended settings for SL Defeat to make it work for group sex/rape or better mods for it? If you have any tips on this, plz let me know.

THAT right there is most likely your problem. SL Defeat probably can't handle so many followers, so reduce that down to one to three other followers and see if it works.

For followers stop fighting you need to need to change knock out scenario to original in player victim setting. this way followers go down when you do. Also in NPC vs NPC uncheck last enemy and make sure followers are  checked as  victims this way they can go down and get raped even if you are still fighting. In NPC vs NPC you can make followers also rape enemies ( follower aggressor ). As for 5 followers i had in many playthroughs but its have on the system, recommend keep it at 3. I usually use TFD prostitution mod so  train my followers ans hookers and if i want get another i sent trained ones to work in the city this way i can rotate them as I need...
