Strange load game CTD's

Hi guys, I seem to be at roads en here and need help.

I got a very stable game set up and can play for hours without CTD. However, way too often my saves seems to get corrupt.
I can have a save that loads fine and play on, but when I save a few minutes later and try to load that save I crash. If i just play on and save now and then every save after that will crash the game when loaded. If I go back to the last working save can sometimes play a few more minutes and make a working save.

 

I don't do any tweeks in MCM between, just playing the game. For example I got a save, just out of Bleak falls Barrow, that works fine. I kill a few novice necromancers end enter Riverwood. I make new save there and when I load it I CDT.

I use Mod Organizer 2.2.0. latest SKSE latest FNISXXL, and have set up ENBoost for memory (don't use ENB this time).

 

I haveattached payrus loggs. In 0 and 3 the corrupt save is loaded on start of game. In 1 and 2 I have loaded a working save, played for a few minute, saved the game and loaded it again.

Does anyone out there have a clue as to why my saves get broken this way?

I hadn't Heard about BethINI Before but int seems to have done the work actually. I don't have time for more thorough tests now though, but I'll get back after more testing tomorrow.
