Sexout Private Needs Commission

Hello there,
I am interested to know, if there is a Sexout modder out there who might be interested in creating a Sexout version (maybe on the basis of Sexout Spunk?) of the "Private Needs " modification for Skyrim in exchange for a four digit sum of bottle caps.

Courier, Companions and NPC's have a bladder now and need to urinate / defecate once in a while.
Fully animated (peeing, pooping, pee puddles...) with animations from ZAZ's Animation pack
Player undresses armor or clothing when urinating.
MCM integration with adjustable options

Realistic Needs / Negative effects are applied when bladder gets too full. (Hardcore mode)

Sexout community isn't that active anymore, especially on the framework front. Desperate measures for desperate times, I'd say.
