It looks like there was a first person bug with arms.  The mod has been updated again as of last night to fix  this from what I can tell.

 

It might have been an arms race, and the body got there first followed by the arms.

Is there a SE version of this mod? I've been looking on the nexus and google and it always directs me here. But looks like it's for Skyrim normal.
