I am sorry for my English but I have a problem with mods as in the picture
you can not see the genitals and sims look like the proverbial Ken and Barbie,
and are as if behind the fog, they do not have blurred contours during bar bar, during normal
game it is ok. In the attachment I send pictures like this looks and looks like a folder with mods.

I think you've created some confusion about the distribution of the various mods. The mods must all be put in the Mods folder

The trays if owned, all go to the Tray folder . I think the source of your problem is just to reorganize the folders . It must also be said that the mods (specifically those concerning sex and / or body modifications, go into specific folders.
Only the Turbodriver files and the translation, if possessed, will go into the WW folder. Reorganize the various folders, and start a new game, you should solve the problem

See attached screens

Like Lestat says...….your mods folder needs sorting out....you have tray files in there as well as save files and some rar files and zipped files...spend some time sorting this out...and I think better body penis no longer works.....

The separation of mods in "Packages" and "Overrides" was done in Sims 3, in Sims 4 all packages/ts4scripts go directly into the mod folder (packages may be put in subfolders for sorting). I wouldn't be surprised if you have other Sims 3 items in one of your folders, though.

And why on earth do you have a copy of the clientDB-file in your mods folder?

My suggestion: backup your saves (if they are important to you), nuke (delete) your Sims 4 documents folder, let Origin repair your game (to restore the files/folder necessary there), and then start from scratch. Read installation instructions for every mod you install.
