This appears to be the source, but it's not on their Nexus page. It looks to be something they never released. Try contacting them on Nexus or Tumblr?

Imported from Bloodborn. As I saw comment of some people who use it, it's a private mod and the author only share it to limited friends. 

Btw, there are other good dress mods similar to it.
