(Solved) Bashed patch causes camera to be unable to rotate while aiming

Skyrim legendary edition
If i have a bashed patch enabled, the camera cannot rotate horizontally when blocking, power attacking, having a bow readied/aiming, or with magic ready. If i disable my bashed patch, then my camera behaves like normal. 

 

EDIT (not actually an edit, something i tried while typing this)
redownloaded latest Wrye Bash, deleted old Mopy folder and bashed patch, rebuilt bashed patch
this fixed my strange camera issues. I've tried this once before, but did it again just for sake of troubleshooting, and it worked this time. I'm just posting this anyway in case others have the same issue.
