Was the graphics config file ever dencrypted?

I know it was heavily encryption which is sill. Did it ever get unencrypted? I'd love for the ability to toggle the game's anti-alias options or have the opportunity to turn off the over done bloom lighting.

I never bothered decrypting that one because I didn't think it would store anything that cannot be changed with the gui.

It probably uses a key derivated from steamid64 like savedata, but with a different subkey for the combination.

We should decrpyt it, I want to take a look and see if there are any new ways of dealing with the graphics(i.e. the alpha transparency hair issues).
