clubsauce Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 I've been getting an annoying bug. Where the game constantly shows as running on steam, making it difficult to go offline, exit steam, run the game, or uninstall the game, and i have to really go out of my way just to be able to do so. I've uninstalled multiple times to deal with this. And after an uninstall the problem only temporarily goes away. I've tried: -Playing no mods whatsoever -Playing offline only -OpenMW instead of vanilla engine -Restarting the computer -Restarting steam -Going to task manager and ending it in processes tab (it's not even showing up there anyway) Anyone have the same problem? Or have a solution? Not quite sure if this is the place to ask a Morrowind question, but I'm gonna try multiple places at once.
gregathit Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Moved to general gaming. Please don't post the same thing elsewhere.

I have installed hundreds of mods, because Steam has no influence on Morrowind!
Nexussuckstwice Posted October 2, 2019 Posted October 2, 2019 Try GOG edition. Works for me (Steam must die)
