You can also run the following WW console command:

ww.fix

Wicked Whims now includes a default tongue.  If you have a tongue mesh or default head replacement mods installed, uninstall them as they are no longer needed and can actually cause issues such as this.  Search your mods folder for the following and review:  tongue, rig, head, default

Please help!!!

Looks like you've got some bad CC there.

You need to download and install Sims 4 Tray Importer.

  1. Save the Sim to your Library (tray)
  2. Open up Sims 4 Tray Importer
  3. Scroll down until you see your Sim and select it
  4. Click on 'Export with CC' and save it
  5. Open up the saved file and look at the CC files
  6. Search your mods folder for each .package file and remove one at a time and test in game
  7. Once you identify the bad mod, delete it from your Sims 4 mods folder

Alternatively, you can so a similar thing in CAS.  Remove hair/head accessories, skin details, makeup, etc. one at a time until the problem disappears.  This won't identify the bad file though.

The most likely culprits are the following:

  • Hair/Head accessories
  • Hair
  • Hats
  • Skin Details
  • Makeup
  • Skin overlay
