SOLUTION:

 

I had to extract the file: Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa and put the sound folder in the same as the bsa file

i used : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974/?tab=files

Your load order is also a mess.

Sexlab Aroused is the actual cause. Or more accurately: Your character is just horny, and DWA is configured to visualize this with the effect you're seeing.

 

Also i don't quite see how an LO of SLAC > DWA > SLA makes sense.
