Where is the parameter that controls the number of keys (baked) on the bones? 

The blender cuts the keys, both when importing animations and when exporting, I need the maximum amount.  I have a ready-made smooth animation, but I need to fix NonAccumulator, but Blender spoils everything its simplification.

 

Another question is how to define to a certain group of bones (joint)  IK-solver (inverse kinematics)
