nude armors management

is there a mod or some other efficient method to manage what armors and clothes in Skyrim are considered as equivalent to "nude" (i.e. not wearing any clothes), e.g. to trigger NPC reactions, etc... ?

the Arousal mod offers a menu to manually add the player's current armor to the list, but I think everyone will agree that it's a rather tedious way when there are multiple items one wants to add.
