Is this a Bug? (Still~ moodlet)

After the update of Sims 4 , whenever my sim gets a moodlet, they add "Still ~ (ex Still Confident)" effect too. 

Not that big problem, but its annoying at situation like when my sim gets angry, it gives you free 20 hours plus of that moodlet.

Any ways to fix it?

Used to be able to remove them with UI Cheats Mod but it was bugged out last time I used it.

 

Haven't checked for any updates yet...
