The actors are not synchronous

In essence, in sex scenes, the actions they perform are autonomous. The actors do not synchronize. Everyone acts on his own. Is there anyone who can give me advice on how to solve the problem? I would be really grateful. I need to take a screenshot?

Posting the mods installed is around 10% of it. Still need you to do the other 90% which involves turning the mods off/on and testing to figure out which one(s) are involved with the symptom.
