Need a guide to conversion or fixes

Hello I would love some help to a possible conversion or tbh I feel like fix would be a better word. I've been trying to get a certain mod to work, its adds some horns to your character but they take a necklace slot in your characters inventory. Basically the model and everything loads in but it goes around my characters legs, Ive tried running bodyslide to no avail. Maybe one of you kind people can point me towards a guide to coversion so I can hopefully fix it myself.

You should try out to use bodyslot 45. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Skyrim_bodyparts_number  You can't change the slots in every way you want cause they are attached to bodyparts. The problem here is, you have a necklage, the horns and some piercings al around the face.

change the slot of these necklace slot horn to the earring slot. for example in outfitstudio .

you also have to change the slot in the esp file

Hello, I just got home and used CK to make it take on bodyslot 43 for the ears and this sadly hasnt worked, they still dangle around the legs. I'm going to reset them to 35 for an amulet to see if that will fix it.

 

Edit: I ended up not resetting them to 35 but went deeper for the 43, even with the inclusion of Nifscope the horns are still around her legs. More textures have popped up so thats good i guess but im still at a loss. Im not sure if I'm capable of fixing this myself and that stinks too because I really liked how they looked. I'm still a baby when it comes to modding, I've learned a bit but not enough, I'm officially stumped.
