greenquesadilla Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Oooooor JUST GET OBSIDIAN TO FIX UP YOUR SHITTY WRITING be careful when saying that. look at fallout new vegas. while it had an alright story, that game is about as stable as a drunkard on a tightrope with a 100 lbs weight on one arm. while obsidian has good writers, they are terrible at bug fixing. new vegas was only playable for me mid 2012 because of the myriad of problems with the game; even now, there are still a lot (creatures/NPCs stuck in the land, deathclaws flying into space, memory leaks, etc). nevertheless, i love playing new vegas, since i got it working. OT i used to like skyrim, but now, not so much. i just don't feel like playing that over fallout 3, new vegas, oblivion, or starwars battlefront 2. the game just gets boring since the quests are just so bland; "go to x and kill y to get your reward" is pretty much every radiant objective, which is pretty much 3/4s of the game, in a nutshell. i probably won't like it again until all of the DLCs, patches, unofficial patches, and big gameplay and story mods are done and stable.

[/quote'] Yeah NV was a pretty big mess, sometimes i thought it was done by bethesda. Story and good writting is ok, but if the game is so fked up, you cant play, its of no use. Looking at how bethesda is going the dumb route, only studio im counting on to make decent games now is CDPR...although im catious to not to let my hopes go too high.
