New exception after DL latest version of WW.

Not sure if this has been addressed and I am certain I ma not the only one, but since last update have been getting the same exception error many times. I don't know what any of this means, I just play the game, lol. But I really do appreciate the people that know how to create CC.

1) are you using any mods that alter the weather?

2) if you use mccc have you changed the way weather works in that?

No mods that alter weather, and I don't use mccc, it never ran right for me. All was fine until last origin update and last version of WW.
