How Get Set Faster Geting Pregnant NPC? and Most How Get set only Cum in? Sorry My Englis is Not my Best

In Sexout Pregnancy you can change the pregnancy duration in the MCM settings. You can also toggle on/of if NPC's can get pregnant.

 

Note that NPC's with 'prebuild' pregnancy might lose them, if you set the setting to 4. (ie. Sexout Breeder and Fertile Breeder NPC's)
