razee4 Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 So in Sims 4 download section there are some files that I cannot access, and to be honest, I have no idea why. At first I thought that these files are some kind of premium files and I have to pay for them, but I cannot find any such options. Is there another reason? Some of these files look pretty good, like for example Lynx's clothing collections.
travelmedic Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 A lot of those files in their description say they have auto installers that you have to run. I'd be very scared of them having some sort of malware/Trojan/virus in them if they have an executable. I'm guessing that's why they were locked.

Some of these files look malicious indeed, but some of them have a thumbnail from Sims 4 and that content has to exist somewhere. IMHO, if the file is .exe (without good reason of course) it should be deleted from download list ASAP.
