Here is a few i know about:

Even more RILF Assaultron: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11576

Humanoid Assaultrons: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25531

MAID - Brand New Assaultron: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34739

Servitron: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32801

...there were others, but i can't find them anymore.

Be carefull - modding the Automatron system for making robots is very tricky, because there is ZERO documentation from Bethesda, and so the mod authors had to resort to a lot of experimentation, and trial and error methods, and as a result each of these mods come with their own glitches (maybe except the first one which only overwrites some vanilla meshes).

Especially any Automatron mods that ADD a new robot or new robot parts, should be carefully tested outside your normal playthrough before you decide using them in your real, regular, precious playthrough.

Test them one by one on a new game, or some save that you dont care about, to make sure this is something you want to be using.

Only then install the mod into your real playthrough, and best not to ever remove the mod again - especially try to avoid installing one Automatron mod, removing it, then installing another one on same game in progress, because each mod's installation will mess with the Robot Workbench, adding some stuff that may not get removed when you uninstall the mod (if the mod even has any "uninstall" feature), resulting in a broken Robot Workbench.

Best to keep your previous save, so you can go back to it if things go wrong.

Special note regarding Servitron:

It's archive packages are not compatible with MO2, which may result in MO2 not installing all files, or complaining about stuff, or installing some files in wrong place - i dont know the exact details, because i am not using MO2, but ppl did report that there are some problems.

So, if you are using MO and want to use Servitron, you may have to download the packages first and repackage them with somehow altered folder structure that MO2 can handle.

Best to ask somebody who knows how MO2 works.
