CBBE texture glitch (Skyrim Special Edition) (hips) (screenshots) -SOLVED (beware the Bijin)-

I've been modding for a couple years, so this problem surprised me. I moved over from the UNP body to the CBBE body for armor replacer reasons, and all of a sudden I had this glitch I hadn't seen before. What's more, it's only on outfits, naked body is unaffected. Pics are either with Demoniac (spelling?) texture mod, or default CBBE (as in it happened with both skin textures). Has happened with 2 armor replacers BUUUUUUUUUUUT.....

only some of the newest replacer (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22168) are affected. Since *some* are, I'm moved to say that this is not on either mod, and can no longer process the problem with my pea-brain

This is usually happening if you use a CBBE Body texture on UNP or the other way around. If there are no leftovers from you previous Clothing replacer, it could be that there are some NPC's comming with their own body?

That pic of Lydia and Irileth are from the Bijin mod. That mod has a Fomod installer where you pick either UNP or CBBE bodies. Since you were using UNP before, I'm guessing you picked UNP. Now you are trying to use armor replacers for CBBE. They have standalone bodies, so when they are naked you're seeing the body without issue. Try reinstalling Bijin and choosing CBBE.

Yeah hold up that makes a lot of sense. I wouldn't be killing these characters, I'm currently playing male, and I can't remember if I've seen it on generic NPCs.
