[search] Mod to use ZaZ or ZAP furniture?

Are there anyway to get NPC’s to permanently stay in existing ZaZ or ZAP furniture for permanent eye candy? I know that by using Home Sweet Home you can get them to use them while they are idling around the common area, but I was looking for something more...permanent, in the way that Display Model is. Display Model’s features is what I’m looking for, but it does not feature all of the furniture that has been released.

Put the NPC in the furniture and after that use the console to deactivate the AI   taiToggle   Artificial Intelligence (Characters will not react to non-combat stimuli and dialogue may not function. Used in conjunction with TCAI will completely disable NPC actions.)
