Animal Mansion - which one?

There are currently three versions of the same mod: the original Animal Mansion, Animal Mansion Redux and Animal Mansion Plus.

 

Which one would you recommend? I checked the descriptions but it wasn't obvious to me what the differences between those were, Also not obvious if Redux and Plus both include the full original mod, or if that one was also developed further and they're really three different "forks".
