Mod Organizer 2 and Devious Devices

FOR ANYONE SUFFERING THE SAME ISSUE THE ANSWER IS HERE:

 

 

 

 

I'm pretty new to modding, and swapped to MO2 yesterday hoping it would help sort out CTDs in my game.

 

I did a clean install, downloaded the mods again, and I *think* everything is ok, except for this:

 

 

 

Script extender log reports incompatible plugin...No guided fix.

 

You have one or more script extender plugins which failed to load!

 

If you want this notification to go away, here are some steps you can take:

• Look for updates to the mod or the specific plugin included in the mod.

• Disable the mod containing the plugin.

• Hide or delete the plugin from the mod.

 

To refresh the script extender logs, you will need to run the game and/or editor again!

 

The failed plugins are:

• DDiUtil version 1 (DeviousDevices.dll, Devious Devices Integration) reported as incompatible during query.

 

 

 

All of the assets show up as red highlights in the data section. As far as I know, everything is the latest version.  {I did a complete fresh install yesterday}

 

The game does run, but sometimes I CTD, and DDs often show up invisible (but I put that down to my PC being male)

 

I'm hoping there is a way to fix this as I like some of the DDs and it would be a shame to have to scrap them.

Did you try to re-download and re-install DDI?  Maybe you just had a corrupted download the first time.

I did, it's still the same.

 

I've seen some people say it may be the SKSE and DD version numbers, but Devious Devices SE only has one version that I can see.

I get the same error.  I cant find a fix.  Lots of CTDs
