If so, then your only choice is to remove some mods and see if your problem is still there. Just keep doing this until either it stops (then go back and add mods one at a time until it comes back and you've found your answer) or until you are down to just the base game (in which case you may have to reload that).

So i decide to check in xEdit and check the cell, the only conflict is coming from elfx with cubemap texture so i decide to resolve the conflict, i didnt get ctd in ratway, either i was lucky or related idk That what i was suspected, the thing is i use guide from nordic when installing skyrim and the files are coming from my previously installed skyrim from month ago (im using vortex to manage my downloaded files) and i have no problem in ratway, so im guessing it coming from LL.
