Kimict, loving your work but I'd suggest maybe taking a second look at the powers you gave them the Noctrnal for example should have night eye as a lesser power or as a toggled ability. Also adding in a racial trait or too might be worth a look, would offer a version with such things but not really knowledgeable about the source material.
