Play Idle animations through dialogue with custom npcs

I'm trying to get my follower to play an Idle animation when I choose a dialogue topic but I can't get it to work. I don't know if I have to use the fragments windows or just put the script in, and if I do need to use the fragments I can't figure out how to get it to compile properly. If anyone knows anything It would be very appreciated.

Ok, thanks, I figured out how to get the script working with base game Idles; however, If I wanted to add custom idle animations how would I set up properties for them when the CK doesn't recognize them? Would I have to create an esm for the animation and then make it a master file to my mod?
