As far as I understand many "penis mods for females" are based on inventory, changed gender or spell.

 

Could anyone tell if there's there a penis shaped strapon replacer for SexLab out there (not a penis attached to a strap)?

There was a UNP schlong for females that replaced the strapon with a dick, essentially. I forget the actual name but it should be in the Optional Files listing for SOS.
