SL Drunk (MCM + NPC asks for sex) SE

I’ve got a problem where Lydia while following me keeps asking me if I want a drink again and a gain if I ignore her, she just stands there and wont move. In the end I had to fast travel to our home in Whiterun call her to me using the console, then tried resetai then dismissed her and quickly left the house.

It seems the problem is with all followers. I have had to remove DRUNK mid game! because it was making progress in game impossible.

If I didn't know better I'd say this is an abstinence mod in disguise.  It stops you from picking up or buying any vanilla alcoholic beverage.  Maybe the author is afraid that substance use in games will corrupt us and wants to teach us a lesson about clean living.
